We had a toy design project in my illustration & products class and I decided to actually make mine because I'm not putting spec sheets in my portfolio and I hate doing assignments and not having something to show for them in the end..
Anyway, this is the lil fox dude I made. He's about 1.5"x2.5"x4", and made from oven-bake clay and acrylic paint. He's lumpy because I haven't sculpted since play-doh; I'm not sure if I like the lumpiness or not...
He's not for sale because I love him dearly, but I think when I graduate I will make more, and some different animals, and put them on etsy, so let me know if you would be interested in buying something like this in the future :]
right now it's looking like probably not :[ the amount of time it would take to make them would make the price much higher than most people would be willing to pay, and i don't really have the time. i suppose i'd consider doing custom ones or something if you're interested in that? but again it'd be a little pricey :[
